Visionary of the church primary task consist of encouraging, teaching, empowering the Christian assembly to grow in the power of God.  He is the leader of the church by word and example. He must be a mature Christian living in fellowship with God, therefore not bringing shame on the church he pastors.  He is the primary administer of the pastoral staff.  The refiner and affirmer of the staff is his weekly/monthly assignment.  There is no facet of the church organization that he shall not have influence or input.
